Man, okay. Well honestly, the black bottle Evan sucks ass. No really it does. The flavor isn’t even close to oak barrel. Its got the spike just not the flavor. Now, the cheaper cousin of the standard Evan is the green bottle. Yea, its only $10.75 here. Sweet price. The only problem is that its not always fully stocked, but good thing I have gotten the liquor store employees trained :P :P It is almost like Old Ezra 101™ Lite, ya know? I mean like Old Ezra in character but only 40% the flavor, and 20% less booze per ounce. What I tend to do is such: i tend to drink the green bottle as the old standby but the Evan when I need the extra punch. This whiskey is so smooth I could drink a bottle in three drinks. Only 3 drunks. Yum. Smooth. Lite. Drinkable.
