Firstly, here is the nice photo. It is of Mt. Rainier as seen from the tacoma narrows bridge. It is a really good photo. If you google the tacoma narrows bridge you will see many articles on design failures. That is because the original bridge that was there was a failure. You can reference Wikipedia for more info.
